Changed your mind? No stress. Here's how returns and refunds work, in plain words.

  • 14 days to return, from the day you receive your order
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged or wrong
  • Refund within 14 days, to your original payment method

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you designated) receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it. No reason needed. If your items arrive in separate parcels, the 14 days start from the last one.

Condition of the item

Please return items unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

How to request a return

  1. Email us at contact@sipsyplush.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your email.

Return shipping costs

The cost of sending the item back is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return request, including the original standard shipping cost. We may wait until we've received the item back (or proof you've sent it) before refunding. Refunds go back to your original payment method at no cost to you. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, the difference isn't refunded.

Damaged or defective item

So sorry! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.

Wrong item received

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the right item or give you a full refund, shipping included.

Lost or damaged during delivery

Contact us at contact@sipsyplush.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship your order or refund you.

Legal guarantee

On top of this, customers in the European Union benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defective products.
