Every Sipsy can is 25 cm (about 10 in) tall.
What is it made from?
Polyester plush.
Is it soft?
Yes, it's a plush made of soft polyester fabric, designed to be squeezed and cuddled.
How do I clean it?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap, then letting it air dry. Please avoid the dryer.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order. In Belgium, Express shipping is also available for €11.00. Your shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Standard shipping is tracked, and you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and delays can happen. Email us at contact@sipsyplush.com and we'll check with the carrier.
What happens if my package is lost?
Contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship your order or refund you.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
No customs duties within the EU. Outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes, paid by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at contact@sipsyplush.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us with your order number and we'll do our best. After it ships, you can still return it within 14 days of delivery.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
It's sent by email right after you order, to the address you entered at checkout. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I request a return?
Email us at contact@sipsyplush.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you the return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of your return request, to your original payment method. We may wait until the item is back with us (or you've sent proof of shipping).
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
